📋 Description

• Assist with setup of new accounts and ensure smooth client onboarding • Manage billing inquiries, payment processing, and follow-ups • Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy updates • Identify cross-selling opportunities and pass qualified leads to CAMs or Sales Agents • Maintain precise records in agency systems and ensure compliance with industry and agency standards • Provide timely, friendly, and professional responses to everyday client needs • Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Sales Agents to meet agency goals • Relieve CAMs of administrative tasks so they can focus on policy reviews and client relationships • Embody honesty, empathy, and hospitality in every client interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain) • Prior customer service or administrative experience (insurance preferred) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech-savvy, with comfort in CRM and insurance management systems • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a proactive mindset • Willingness to undergo an in-depth background investigation verifying clear criminal history • Ability to handle service requests by close of business, with exceptions resolved within 24 hours
