📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and manage resources necessary to achieve clinical research project goals and objectives at a single site • Coordinate and perform patient clinical assessments for clinical trial visits, including scheduling with vendors and other departments or outside facilities • Perform delegated clinical assessments such as phlebotomy, sample processing, vitals, and ECGs according to assigned protocols • Communicate with study sponsors, third-party vendors, clinical teams, and patients to ensure protocol requirements are completed within defined windows • Ensure site compliance with research protocols • Review case report forms and audit accuracy against source documents • Attend site monitoring meetings with sponsors • Manage site research project databases and develop flowsheets and other study-related documents • Complete source documents and case report forms • Provide guidance to clinical research staff and support personnel as needed • Recommend procedures to facilitate protocol compliance • Perform data entry and query resolution throughout assigned trials • Serve as a resource for internal and external customers and community members regarding clinical research processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience preferred • Level II background check required • Must meet all employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.
