📋 Description

• Participate with the merchandising team in a collaborative effort toward shared goals • Ensure stores adhere to merchandising standards • Merchandise products and shelving systems according to store floor plans • Devise innovative merchandising strategies to attract more customers • Report directly to the Project Manager • Travel domestically by air and ground approximately 80% of the time, including possible weekends • Work at a local retail location when not traveling • Lift, reach overhead, and move products from place to place • Pull buyback products from shelves and accurately capture them for inventory maintenance • Perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies, standards, and workplace safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with merchandising required • 1-3 years of experience with planograms required • 1-3 years of retail experience preferred • 1-3 years of experience with retail inventory control preferred • Self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver • Positive attitude and good work ethic • Comfortable interacting and communicating with the public and store personnel • Dependable • Computer literate with access to a computer, internet, and printer • Familiar with ERP and inventory control systems • Reliable transportation • Able to travel up to 80% of the time; overnight travel expected • Courteous, polite, and professional, with good verbal and written communication skills
