📋 Description

• Help patients reach their goals through personalized treatment plans. • Manage manageable caseloads that provide the time and flexibility to deliver thoughtful, individualized treatment. • Participate in mentorship and leadership development programs. • Utilize AI-assisted documentation for effective patient care. • Collaborate with support staff and work in a state-of-the-art environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. • Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan. • Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. • Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques. • Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
