📋 Description

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy care • Deliver evidence-based treatment and hands-on therapy • Educate patients and develop individualized care plans • Help patients achieve their highest level of function • Work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment • Support promotion of clinic services through marketing activities • Manage the clinic effectively while interacting with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals • Contribute to idea-sharing, innovation, and continuous professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program • Current Texas license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly • CPR certification • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals • Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively • A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success • A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach • Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services • Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred
