📋 Description

• Predictability & Delivery Governance Own the Forecast: You are responsible for the realism of our deadlines. • Jira as Source of Truth: Maintain perfect hygiene in project tooling. • Requirement Grooming Bridge the Gap: Orchestrate the team to translate the CPO's high-level vision into detailed, actionable User Stories. • Gatekeeping: Ensure no task enters a sprint without being "Ready for Development." • Team Dynamics & Facilitation The Buffer: Act as a constructive bridge between the team members. • Operational Discipline: Push the team to maintain tracking and documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Project/Delivery Management in Fintech or regulated environments. • Technical Savvy: A background in QA, Analyst, or Engineering is highly preferred. • Assertive Mindset: The ability to say "No" to raw requirements and "No" to half-baked estimates. • Pragmatic Agile: Experience adapting frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to small, fast-moving teams. • Languages: Professional English and Russian (required).
