📋 Description

• Primarily perform CAD tasks in the preparation of construction surveys, layout calculations, ALTA, boundary, topographic, and specialized surveys • Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field staff • Manage CAD-generated surface models and produce accurate contours, cross sections, and profile drawings • Perform project research and setup • Collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists across North America

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work • Degree or courses in related area is a plus • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software • Ability to competently read civil, architectural, and structural drawings, including complex details, and successfully interpret for construction layout • Ability to communicate with clients, accommodate client work requests, and create work order instructions for field staff • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) • Ability to work independently with little instruction
