📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions • Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping documents • Collaborate with business users, data architects, ETL developers, and reporting teams • Support EDW initiatives including data integration, data quality, source-to-target mapping, and reporting requirements • Perform gap analysis, UAT support, and requirements traceability • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data governance standards • Bridge business objectives and technology solutions to align projects with organizational goals and deliver value • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive successful project outcomes • Support data-driven solutions for healthcare operations, reporting, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience • 3+ years of Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, claims, enrollment, care management, or revenue cycle) • 3+ years of experience on EDW/Data Warehouse projects • Strong experience with requirements gathering, data analysis, and stakeholder management • Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and SDLC/Agile methodologies • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or Tableau • Healthcare data standards (HIPAA, CMS, ICD-10, CPT, HL7/FHIR) • Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake) • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification • 7+ years overall Business Analysis experience with Healthcare Services and EDW projects
