📋 Description

• Lead project teams using Arcos standard project management practices • Monitor customer contracts to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work • Act as the main point of contact for all project-related issues and correspondence • Manage multiple simultaneous medium implementations or two to three large implementation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent skill set and experience • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including management experience • Extensive practical experience in product or software implementations • Formal training in or experience with project management practices • Project Management Professional Certification Preferred • Strong understanding of consulting and software as a service (“SaaS”) business concepts • Proven ability to lead SaaS implementation projects from discovery through design, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and post-launch optimization
