• Experiencia en la creación de soluciones de ServiceNow utilizando las mejores prácticas de la industria. • Asesorar, diseñar y configurar soluciones de integración entre ServiceNow y otras herramientas. • Experiencia en la creación de diseños de solución e implementación de Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM) e ITSM. • Experiencia práctica en el desarrollo de scripting en ServiceNow como Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound. • Experiencia en la implementación de la plataforma ServiceNow para soluciones de integración y automatización.
