📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager and main point of contact between clients and Valeris • Lead program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis across assigned brands • Support program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes • Monitor account funding, approved claims, submitted tickets, and claim workflows • Maintain program-specific trackers, ServiceNow tickets, LOE scoping forms, and meeting minutes • Lead weekly touchpoints with J&J, develop agendas, facilitate discussions, and distribute meeting minutes • Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings and follow up on deliverables and action items • Produce weekly automated reporting and maintain weekly insights trackers • Review claims, enrollments, budget performance, and core program metrics; identify anomalies and trends • Coordinate with HUB program managers and oversee communications tickets and escalations • Monitor change orders and monthly budget tracking • Manage invoicing and review statements of work for billing accuracy • Investigate missed KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and document corrective actions • Maintain client dashboards, budget files, projections, and variance analyses • Prepare quarterly business review data, presentations, accruals, and audit investigations • Coordinate year-end BRD renewals, data pulls, SOW updates, ServiceNow tickets, and change-order documentation • Create and use HyperCare alerts for business rule changes and program launches • Conduct FOP reviews and monitor project sheets • Provide mentorship and training to peers

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to manage client relationships, program execution, account management, financial oversight, and business analysis • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget • Deep expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, competitive landscapes, and client objectives • Ability to leverage data and key performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations • Ability to manage vendor and partner relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Successful completion of a background check • Drug screen depending on the position, in accordance with company standards
