📋 Description

• Assist with project planning and implementation • Ensure compliance with safety standards • Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout the project life cycle • Oversee daily construction activities for U.S. Federal Government Healthcare Construction Projects ranging from $10M to $50M • Work closely with government officials, subcontractors and internal teams to drive project success

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) years or more working in commercial/federal construction as a tradesman in an industry apprentice program • One (1) or more years as a crew lead/foreman • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and two-year related experience or training.

• Preconstruction preparation of the jobsite (office, office trailer, poster(s), first aid kit, fire extinguisher(s), etc.) • Maintain a safe and clean job site • Ability to read blueprints • Monitor cleanliness and hold all subcontractors responsible for daily cleanup • Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager, CORs, Subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients (i.e., Government, etc.)
