• Proven success in outside sales and leadership, ideally in merchant services, payment processing, or financial services. • Consistent achievement in commission-based environments. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation for success. • Ability to manage a team while working independently. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
