📋 Description

• Develop and refine community engagement and connections with Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, or Korean community organizations, businesses, and partners to support research recruitment • Participate in community outreach events and in-person engagement activities to expand research participation and strengthen community trust • Serve as liaison between the research team and community partners • Develop, implement, and evaluate culturally and linguistically appropriate recruitment campaigns • Translate recruitment announcements, informed consent documents, and participant-facing communications into Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, or Korean • Distribute printed and electronic recruitment materials through community organizations and events • Develop and maintain recruitment partnerships with community organizations, healthcare systems, advocacy groups, and cultural institutions • Monitor recruitment inquiries, engagement activities, and stakeholder feedback; provide updates and data-informed recommendations • Serve as subject matter expert for participant recruitment strategies • Develop, maintain, and analyze recruitment records and logs; prepare progress reports • Collaborate with the research team to comply with institutional policies, protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards • Report administratively and functionally to the Assistant Dean

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology or a related scientific field of study required • 5–7 years of relevant nursing or research experience preferred • Ability to communicate complex research concepts and findings to interdisciplinary teams • Strong written skills for reports, documentation, and research summaries • Strong foundation in scientifically rigorous methodologies • Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot data, workflow, or study-related challenges independently • Ability to communicate in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, or Korean for community engagement and translation
