📋 Description

• Recruit, screen, and schedule individuals for study participation in Spanish or English • Administer informed consent process and face-to-face questionnaire • Record participant responses directly into REDCap database • Comply with participant compensation policies and procedures • Provide research and project support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required • Fluency in Spanish and English required; lifelong Spanish speaker preferred • High comfort level interacting with individuals, particularly young adults and people living with HIV • Experience with conducting interviews is required • Experience with data collection and REDCap preferred • Able to work with minimal supervision is required • Excellent attention to detail is required • Efficient, accurate, and strong work ethic is required • Able to make daily decisions about tasks, time, and information is required • Able to manage unpredictable, complex and multiple tasks is required • High level of organization is required
