📋 Description

• Prosecute software and technology-related patents in at least one specified technical area • Work closely with partners and clients • Manage projects and patent prosecution matters • Apply strong writing, analytical, communication, and judgment skills to IP matters

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering • Strong patent prosecution experience in at least one relevant area: low-level software applications; electro-mechanical medical devices; implantable sensors; imaging and visualization systems; optics; robotics and complex mechanical or electromechanical systems; cybersecurity; wireless communications; batteries and other electric vehicle applications • J.D. from an accredited law school • Admission to at least one state bar and in good standing • Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office preferred, or eligibility to sit for the patent bar depending on technical background • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent project-management skills
