• Represent patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB • Represent complainants at the ITC • Prosecute patents for cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies • Provide intellectual property placement and recruiting services through Vanguard-IP
🎯 Requirements
• USPTO registration required • Strong educational and/or industry experience in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) preferred • High familiarity and practical experience in both software and biological fields highly preferred • Prior patent prosecution experience • Highly detail-oriented • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Technical writing proficiency considered a strong plus • For Attorney candidates, admission or qualification for admission to the state bar corresponding to the primary office location is required
