🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in biochemistry, biology, or a related field • Advanced degree in biochemistry, biology, or a related field preferred • Experience with software or software patents is a plus • Must be registered and in good standing to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office • Attorneys must be admitted to the Bar in the jurisdiction where applying and be in good standing • Prior experience practicing patent law • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex matters • Demonstrated experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Excellent written and oral communication and judgment • Ability to independently manage a case and move it forward • Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure • Must be a self-starter
