• Draft and prosecute patent applications • Manage responsibilities across a growing, fast-paced patent docket • Work with demanding clients on intellectual property matters • Balance various client responsibilities • Collaborate effectively with other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related physical science or engineering discipline • Have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with the ability to hit the ground running on a growing, fast-paced docket • Have experience in wireless communications, software, and medical device technologies • Provide writing samples reflecting excellent writing skills • Exhibit professionalism/good communication skills with demanding clients, exercise attention to detail, and balance various client responsibilities • Have the ability to work effectively with other team members • Prior work experience in a law firm strongly preferred • Must have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Ideal experience in wireless communications, including 5G/6G connectivity and WLAN/Wi-Fi®, software, and machine learning/artificial intelligence technologies • Experience with medical device technologies, gaming technologies, and smart data capture is a plus
