📋 Description

• Support the managed services team as directed, including supporting customer questions, conducting internet research, and developing reports • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and tracking systems • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Strong research and analytical skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in using online search engines and internet browsers • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Basic understanding of data privacy concepts • Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Must be located in the United States • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
