• Lead, coach, and develop the AI Adoption team • Own the enterprise AI education program • Run certification rails • Execute structured enterprise rollouts • Own the flagship enterprise Copilot enablement program • Build and run the distributed Champions Collective • Curate always-available, scaled self-service enablement • Track activation, certification, and sustained-usage metrics • Partner with the Accelerators team • Set and manage the operating rhythm of the Adoption team • Design and continuously improve cohort-based activation sprints • Recruit, enable, and recognize Champions • Define and maintain the adoption metrics framework • Collaborate with the Platforms team • Translate responsible AI principles and governance policy into accessible learning • Maintain awareness of evolving AI capabilities • Communicate the value of AI adoption
• Minimum 7-10 years of overall work experience • 4+ years in change management, learning and development, employee enablement, or technology adoption within a large or global enterprise • Demonstrated people-leadership experience • Proven track record designing and running enterprise-scale enablement, training, or adoption programs • Direct experience driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms • Strong command of one-to-many, programmatic operating models • Practical fluency in generative AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use principles • Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Familiarity with enablement tooling such as ServiceNow • Comfort with ambiguity and a forward-looking mindset.
