📋 Description

• Manage media captured by the Photographer and Videographer • Create content for social media using event photos and videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels • Set up all video equipment prior to events • Lead or assist with media setup and troubleshoot technical issues before or during events • Oversee livestream and social wall operation • Ensure production elements align with OneBeat brand standards • Shoot and edit event recap videos to OneBeat quality standards • Revise event recap video edits after events when required • Manage and organize media submitted by Videographers • Select and upload standout photos from Photographers for the Social Media Coordinator • Step in for Photographer or Videographer duties when needed • Break down and properly store video equipment after events • Travel from January–June for seasonal dance competitions and events

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours) • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required • Ability to work weekends (Thursday–Monday) and travel from January–June • Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs • HS Diploma or GED (required) • Portfolio link required when applying • Working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro • Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance
