📋 Description

• Set up photo equipment • Set up stage lighting • Capture photos of every dance using a stationary Canon DSLR camera • Photograph special moments such as awards ceremonies and onstage celebrations • Toggle between lighting cues for dances, in-between dances, and award ceremonies • Identify standout performances and provide the Content Producer with a list for social media photos • Manage event lighting software throughout the competition • Break down photo and lighting equipment after the event • Comply with all policies and procedures listed in the employee handbook • Perform other duties as assigned by the event director or designee

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours) • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs • HS Diploma or GED (required) • Candidates must be available to work weekends • Travel from January–June • Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required
