• Review and monitor open orders to ensure FIRST CLASS customer service. • Investigate exception orders and work with other internal teams to find quick and exceptional resolutions to issues. • Proactively discover and resolve potential issues such as any order being held up, orders with shortages, past due orders, and order cancellations. • Assess order discrepancies and determine when replacement orders are necessary. • Provide status updates to sales and support when issues are identified. • Send professional emails that are organized, clear, and informative. • Ensure all inquiries and status updates are sent or responded to within 24 business hours. • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • High attention to detail and proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and order management systems • Previous customer service, production support, or order management experience preferred
