📋 Description

• Set up video equipment • Record videos of every dance using the provided stationary HDR Pro Camcorder • Operate an ATEM Television Studio Switcher with multiple inputs • Set up and manage the livestream for each event • Break down video equipment after the event • Capture events through camera lenses • Ensure recordings and livestreams are executed on schedule in a fast-paced environment • Attend mandatory training sessions • Comply with employee handbook policies and procedures • Perform other duties assigned by the event director or designee

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours) • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs • HS Diploma or GED (required) • Basic knowledge and understanding of shot & framing composition, color balancing, recording audio to display, and capturing a visually pleasing video • Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required • Candidates must be available to work weekends • Travel from January–June • Ability to work Thursday–Monday
