📋 Description

• Help design, test, and document lightweight AI workflows and agents using M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, Claude, and other video, image, and LLM-based tools • Support development of real-time and self-guided enablement learning and create checklists, templates, quick-start guides, and role-based playbook content • Organize and maintain the agent/workflow library, enablement assets, and documentation in SharePoint • Assist with intake hygiene, status updates, and lightweight project tracking for the idea → prototype → pilot pipeline • Track adoption signals and basic impact metrics using Excel and dashboards • Partner with HR practitioners across functions to document needs and translate them into structured next steps • Evaluate AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies and iterate toward higher-quality, on-brand results • Contribute repeatable frameworks and examples of scaled HR AI enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering or another related field • Hands-on experience with LLMs (must-have): you’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar for school, work, or personal projects • Curiosity about how AI is changing how individuals, teams and businesses work — and the judgment to use it thoughtfully and responsibly • Comfortable exploring new tools, working through ambiguity, and making progress without step-by-step instructions • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for different audiences • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you keep docs, tasks, and follow-ups clean) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables, simple charts) • Able to evaluate AI outputs, spot issues, and iterate quickly toward better results • Collaborative and comfortable working with stakeholders across HR functions and time zones • Bonus: Built simple automations in Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools • Bonus: Experience chaining prompts/steps (multi-stage workflows) to complete more complex tasks • Bonus: Exposure to APIs or technical tooling (coursework or conceptual understanding is fine)
