📋 Description

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Veeam Cloud & Service Provider (VCSP) route to market • Drive VCSP growth and retention through portfolio-level positioning, partner value messaging, and field execution • Build and maintain VCSP-specific positioning translating product capabilities into partner and end-customer value • Collaborate with partner marketing to create integrated VCSP solution plays and campaigns • Serve as the central orchestrator across Product Management, Partner Marketing, Partner Business Management, and VCSP Sales • Deliver VCSP-ready enablement to improve partner acquisition, activation, and expansion • Partner with Partner Marketing to capture insights from VCSPs/MSPs, defining success metrics and adjusting strategy as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus) • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, or go-to-market roles within B2B software and/or cloud services • Familiarity with the VCSP/MSP ecosystem • Proven ability to create compelling portfolio-level messaging for multi-product solutions • Strong executive presence influencing senior stakeholders • Track record of diagnosing business problems and driving cross-functional execution • Experience collaborating across Product Management, Sales, Partner/Channel organizations, and Marketing teams in a global, matrixed environment • Familiarity with data resilience, backup and recovery, ransomware recovery, and cloud storage/immutability
