📋 Description

• Support end-to-end delivery of complex FDE-led data governance, privacy, and DataAI Security projects • Align project scope, milestones, adoption goals, and customer outcomes • Enforce project management controls to identify and mitigate risks • Escalate or resolve issues promptly and keep leadership informed • Use project management and AI tools to automate work, track progress, report milestones and status, and flag risks, issues, and dependencies • Coordinate customer stakeholders across technical, business, privacy, legal, and executive audiences • Confirm decision owners, unblock dependencies, align expectations, and maintain momentum through deployment phases • Develop working knowledge of Securiti AI solutions, deployment methodology, data governance and privacy use cases, and FDE delivery patterns • Translate technical concepts into clear business language for project deliverables and timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical project management, delivery management, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing product ownership roles • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent customer engagements • Familiarity with data security, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT deployments strongly preferred • Technical understanding of system architectures, APIs, and cloud environments • Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects with clear ownership, structure, escalation discipline, and customer-facing accountability • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal formats and drive consensus toward goals and outcomes • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira, and PSA tools • Understanding and experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude • CAPM certification is a bonus skill • PMP certification is a bonus skill • Background with DSPM, CSPM, DLP, data governance, or privacy platforms is a bonus skill
