📋 Description

• Maintain a centralized telecom inventory covering circuits, phone numbers, devices, and carrier services • Ensure inventory data aligns with carrier records and internal systems • Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations • Use vendor web portals and reporting • Support billing validation by ensuring invoices match active inventory • Maintain contract expirations for all services • Provide accurate inventory data to support chargeback models • Work with carriers and vendors to validate service records and resolve inventory discrepancies • Produce inventory reports for management, TEM Analysts, and the CSM Team • Ensure high data quality within Velocity’s Global Expense Management system • Assist with onboarding and offboarding customer accounts • Enforce telecom governance and inventory standards • Document inventory processes and updates

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working in TEM platforms or a related field • Telecom lifecycle knowledge covering voice and data • Knowledge of TEM systems and telecom billing fundamentals • Inventory reconciliation experience • Excel and reporting tools proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage high-volume data accurately • Root-cause analysis for discrepancies • Process improvement mindset • Clear documentation and communication • Cross-functional collaboration • Professional interaction with vendors and carriers • BA degree or related work experience preferred • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST
