📋 Description
• Support portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting and foundational operational insight • Evaluate asset level financial performance and monitor KPIs • Prepare materials for portfolio reviews and leadership updates • Maintain key systems and support cross-functional initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting or related field • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate or related analytical discipline • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills • Must be located in Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
