📋 Description
• Assist with projects within Ventra’s in-house corporate legal department • Reviewing, drafting and logging contracts • Reviewing, organizing and tracking various consents documents • Performing general corporate maintenance and other compliance related activities • Conducting legal research regarding various legal healthcare and compliance related topics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and currently a second or third year student pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree in an accredited law program • Contract review/management, corporate legal or healthcare related experience preferred
