📋 Description

• Proactive management of sales margin, product mix, volume retainment/growth • Leadership of specific product segments and formats for all business channels • Develop and implement company initiatives and commercialization activities • Maximize margin enrichment through detailed customer/market analysis • Supervise and approve all pricing models for assigned Foodservice Channel • Develop and communicate corrective action plans when margin expectations are not met • Support Product Management leadership with budget targets and strategic plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience • 7+ years in the Food Industry with a working knowledge of the Food Service Sales process • Minimum 3+ years people leadership experience preferred • Proven experience to develop a strategic pricing system • Understanding of sales process nuances, particularly price elasticity models • Knowledge of VF Financial systems
