📋 Description

• Manage multiple Fizz-branded Instagram accounts • Source, curate, and create content aligned with Fizz’s brand and current internet trends • Build and maintain a posting calendar for consistent cadence across assigned accounts • Own content decisions, including identifying trends suited to each page and audience • Monitor account performance and adjust content strategy as needed • Collaborate with Growth team members on broader growth initiatives • Attend team meetings and 1:1s • Provide regular updates on progress and account performance

🎯 Requirements

• Current college student (18+) with familiarity with the Fizz product • Strong understanding of Instagram and social media best practices • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Ability to manage time effectively and meet posting expectations • Available to work 15–20 hours per week, with hours distributed consistently • Must be located in one of the listed states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Wisconsin
