📋 Description

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations • Obtain samples and perform water testing, including pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, and PTSA • Enter water testing data into Veolia’s Insight trending platform • Provide expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams • Perform water analysis and calibrate equipment • Program controllers and conduct preventative maintenance • Diagnose and resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions • Maintain detailed service reports and manage inventory • Ensure all safety protocols are followed • Support multiple customer sites within the assigned territory • Coordinate with sales teams for optimal service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred • High school diploma or GED required • 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training • Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred • Full valid driver's license required; learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify • Willingness to travel • Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Safety-minded approach and ability to work in various industrial environments • Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform precision work • Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs as needed • Must be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor U.S. work authorization
