📋 Description
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care within Nutrition Education and Weight Management programs • Collaborate with primary care providers, health coaches, behavioral health clinicians, and care managers • Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for weight management and lifestyle change • Deliver nutrition education in 1:1 and group settings • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans • Engage patients through telephonic, video, and portal outreach
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field • 2+ years of MNT experience in ambulatory or outpatient care • Experience with weight management, cardiometabolic risk reduction, and lifestyle counseling • Strong telehealth skills and comfort with virtual care • EMR proficiency (Athena preferred) • Google Workspace proficiency • Master’s degree in nutrition or public health (preferred) • Experience in integrated primary care (preferred) • Group facilitation experience (preferred) • Familiarity with GLP-1 therapy (preferred) • Integrative/functional nutrition experience (preferred) • Bilingual or multilingual (preferred)
