• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and ongoing grooming • Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps for new product development and sustaining activities • Act as the primary product decision-maker, balancing scope, value, risk, and technical constraints • Lead scoping discussions and effort estimation exercises with engineering and cross-functional teams • Elicit, document, and manage requirements, translating user and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Ensure requirements are well-defined, traceable, and aligned with overall product strategy • Partner with clinical, scientific, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, user needs, and success criteria • Collaborate closely with engineering, SQA, and operations teams to support design, development, and testing activities • Coordinate dependencies and resolve ambiguities to keep delivery on track • Support release planning, execution, and readiness, including defect triage and scope trade-off decisions • Monitor product outcomes and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement • Maintain clear product documentation and ensure shared understanding across teams
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products in healthcare or software integration. • Strong experience supporting Salesforce-based ecosystems, billing platforms, revenue operations, or order-to-cash processes. • Proven ability to work with financial, billing, and reimbursement workflows, including compliance-driven requirements. • Experience in medical coding, with hands-on expertise in automation and integrations leveraging agentic AI (preferred). • Strong technical proficiency, including understanding of APIs, data modeling, cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP), and software development lifecycle. • Exposure to intelligent document processing, automated claims workflows, or revenue analytics solutions. • Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or rules-based automation to improve billing accuracy, reimbursement outcomes, or revenue forecasting. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
