📋 Description

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end CPQ → Zuora Orders flow • Design and govern Zuora product catalog structures • Own the integration architecture between Zuora and Kantata • Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and documentation • Partner with Salesforce CPQ admins and developers • Define and enforce data integrity standards • Troubleshoot and resolve billing exceptions • Design, build, and maintain complex Zuora Workflows • Drive system upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ • Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue business models • Experience designing and troubleshooting bidirectional integrations • Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs • Ability to translate complex business billing requirements into scalable designs • Excellent communication skills
