📋 Description

• Work with Veritas families regarding students’ academic goals and needs • Provide communication and administrative assistance between families, the Veritas Press office, and Veritas Scholars Academy instructors • Advise families on Veritas K–12 curriculum, classes, graduation requirements, college entrance requirements, and scholarships • Meet with Classic families annually to discuss course plans, schedule classes, review graduation progress, and answer academic inquiries • Update student files and share pertinent information with teachers and Diploma staff • Call families before the school year and check in mid-year with families and teachers • Process withdrawal paperwork • Establish and maintain relationships with Premium Diploma families • Assist Premium families with course plans, class registration, and curriculum ordering • Check in with Premium families at the end of each quarter • Communicate relevant information to teachers • Process student paperwork and provide college and scholarship advice, including writing recommendation letters • Participate in provided training and professional development • Schedule consultation times on the Google Calendar worksheet • Learn and apply Diploma and Certification program requirements • Provide guidance during consultations • Confirm course plans in the Diploma Program • Keep students on track with graduation requirements • Register students for classes and order books • Maintain clear communication records among families, teachers, students, and the office

🎯 Requirements

• Conversant with the reformed faith and classical Christian education according to the Veritas Statement of Faith and Philosophy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Familiar with Veritas curriculum and class offerings • Experience in the field of education highly preferred • Empathetic with excellent customer relationship skills • Teachable, professional, and organized • Ability to navigate a variety of online educational tools and programs • Flexible daily schedule • Extensive typing on a QWERTY-style keyboard • Extensive viewing of a lighted computer monitor • Speaking and hearing • Reaching and bending • Using hands to perform tasks • A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
