• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field • Independent licensure or license eligibility in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent • Experience providing therapy to couples and/or families • Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions • Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation • Willingness to maintain afternoon and evening availability for couples and families • Preferred: training or certification in couples/family-focused modalities such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), structural or systemic family therapy • Preferred: experience supporting couples and families through separation, divorce, reconciliation, or major relational transitions • Preferred: experience with premarital counseling, blended-family/stepfamily dynamics, or infidelity and betrayal recovery
