📋 Description

• Manage small, mid-market and large corporate, complex business clients during online banking system upgrades or conversions from legacy platforms to target platforms • Provide technical support, customer service and sales assistance • Deliver instructor-led virtual classroom training sessions for clients transitioning to new online banking platforms • Consult with clients and customers to identify additional product or service needs • Provide contact center support for commercial bank clients across multiple delivery channels • Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions • Complete initial new Digital Conversion Professional training and required ongoing learning • Provide outstanding “white glove” customer service to top-tier clients and customers • Understand and assist customers with NACHA files • Perform additional tasks, projects, special assignments and rotating team roles as assigned by the team leader

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Treasury Management sales resource, client service/account management or product manager, or experience in online banking/wire transfer conversions • Experience working with online banking treasury management systems, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial, corporate customers • Experience providing technical assistance with ACH, Wire and Positive Pay payment files in NACHA, delimited, fixed and other formats • Contact center environment experience is a plus • Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior execution and project management • Experience organizing and conducting training sessions for companies of various sizes • Experience managing high profile clientele online banking data • Experience building and managing client information portfolios • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting/training external stakeholders • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite • B2B experience • Understanding and experience with NACHA files • Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management • BS in business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience
