📋 Description

• Credential providers end-to-end, at times managing high volumes of credentialing caseloads • Pioneer best practices and new workflows for managing provider credentialing • Collaborate cross-team with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve ways of working • Research and define policies, procedures, and processes • Streamline processes and best practices to make healthcare provider credentialing more organized • Work with clients and credential various provider types across multiple states • Perform primary source verification • Help shape the future of credentialing while working with a close-knit, collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant Credentialing Management experience, including physicians and Advanced Practice Providers • Familiarity with NCQA standards is ideal • Clear verbal and written communication • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills • Professional experience using Google Suite, including Gmail and Google Docs • Professional experience using Adobe • Salesforce or a comparable CRM tool experience is an advantage • Ability to work quickly in the healthcare technology industry • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities • Ability to perform both independent heads-down work and collaborative team work
