• Complete good-faith physical exams to determine patient eligibility for the Medical Marijuana Registry • Establish bona-fide relationships with patients and review medical records when necessary • Complete patient medical cannabis recommendations and validate them for one full year • Perform necessary follow-up consultations during the patient certification validation term • Stay current on state medical cannabis program regulations
