📋 Description
• Build and Scale the Community Program • Own the end-to-end community strategy • Build and scale a structured technology champions program of advocates • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment • Build feedback loops across Sales, Field, and Partner teams • Deploy AI to Power the Community • Measure and Grow
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in community management or developer relations • Established influencer presence in enterprise data security and/or data management • Proven track record as a voice and industry influencer • Experience building and scaling advocacy or Champions programs • Strong cross-functional influence • Deep subject matter knowledge in enterprise data security, data governance, or compliance • Active relationships with practitioners, bloggers, podcast hosts, and community leaders • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI bots and automation within community platforms
