📋 Description

• Manage a high-performing team responsible for the delivery of complex fiber infrastructure projects • Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Identify bid management & contract negotiation with environmental, OSP engineering, and OSP construction vendors • Project management of multiple projects, establishing schedules, maintaining budgets • Serve as an escalation point for both internal and external stakeholders • Drive operational maturity by refining processes for service delivery lifecycles

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in high-stakes environments • Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain high-performing internal teams • Executive-level written and verbal communication skills • Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle • Strong planning skills to develop detailed project schedules • Development, management, and command of large capital budgets • Thorough understanding of fiber network cost structure • Understanding of fiber engineering and documentation standards • Strong background in Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Google Maps, Google Earth, Smartsheet
