📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives across GolfNow’s B2B golf technology portfolio • Develop Product Management talent and strengthen team capabilities and accountability • Build deep expertise across the B2B portfolio • Translate business objectives into coordinated product priorities and roadmaps • Evaluate opportunities and tradeoffs across products and contribute to portfolio strategy • Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and expand product capabilities • Introduce innovative solutions that create measurable customer and business value • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers • Establish clear expectations and strengthen product judgment • Build partnerships across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Sales, and business leadership • Align teams around priorities, resolve dependencies, and communicate decisions and tradeoffs • Establish success measures and guide complex product initiatives • Use customer insights and performance data to accelerate execution and business results • Use AI and modern tools to improve Product Management effectiveness • Participate in responses to critical production issues outside regular business hours when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience, preferably 10+ years, with demonstrated success leading complex products, portfolios, or cross-functional initiatives • Experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers • Experience with B2B software or technology products • Demonstrated success improving customer experience, adoption, retention, or commercial performance • Strong strategic thinking and product judgment • Ability to translate business objectives into coordinated priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed tradeoffs • Strong analytical capabilities • Experience using customer research, product metrics, and market insights to guide decisions • Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, architecture, scalability, and engineering tradeoffs • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technology leaders • AI-native approach to Product Management • Ability to leverage AI and automation effectively • Bonus: experience leading Product Management teams responsible for multiple B2B SaaS products or integrated technology platforms • Bonus: experience developing products for golf course operators, hospitality businesses, or operationally complex B2B environments • Bonus: knowledge of the golf industry, golf course operations, or related technology ecosystems
