📋 Description
• Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, security model, data structure, reporting) • Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices • Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints • Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues • Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices • Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience • Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration best practices and declarative / security-model design • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages) • Strong systems thinking and independent, self-directed execution • Excellent, plain-language written and verbal communication with both technical and business audiences
