📋 Description

• Champion Salesforce adoption across Shatterproof • Guide new-user onboarding and run ongoing enablement sessions • Answer everyday Salesforce questions and resolve light usage issues • Escalate deeper technical problems to external specialists • Build and maintain quick-start guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs • Identify and close Salesforce adoption gaps • Conduct data audits, cleanup, and duplicate management • Run accurate, scheduled imports for donations, campaigns, and partner/giving data • Establish and reinforce data standards, naming conventions, required fields, and validation practices • Support data exports and basic data preparation • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for teams and leadership • Prepare data for external reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI • Manage, organize, and prioritize Salesforce requests • Track requests and communicate timelines and status • Maintain standard vendor-supported integrations and monitor data flows • Coordinate with integration vendors and support connected survey and research tools • Handle everyday Salesforce configuration, standard automations, and basic updates • Lead change management for Salesforce releases and features • Partner with external Salesforce specialists on custom development, complex configuration, custom integrations, large-scale changes, migrations, and the move from NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud • Align external technical work with organizational needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Track record of supporting end users, leading training, or driving system adoption • Experience building reports and dashboards and maintaining clean, accurate data • Comfort running data imports and working accurately with large or sensitive data sets • Strong communication skills with non-technical colleagues • Detail-oriented approach focused on data accuracy and consistency • Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Passion for Shatterproof’s mission • Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Associate certification preferred; equivalent hands-on CRM experience welcome • Experience with Power BI or other external reporting tools preferred • Experience with integrated systems and cross-platform data consistency preferred • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and seasonal releases preferred • Nonprofit environment or NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud data model experience preferred • Ability and authorization to work in the United States required • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours required • Domestic travel may be required
