📋 Description

• Support the Senior Director Fleet Solutions in leading projects within Fleet Maintenance operations • Analyze existing supply chain processes, systems, and fleet maintenance operations • Identify opportunities for improvement through supply chain data analysis • Work with Fleet Managers on scoping, design, alignment, and execution of fleet projects • Track project progress and optimize resource effectiveness • Collaborate on data storytelling to communicate insights • Present recommendations and initiative progress to stakeholders • Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to Fleet Maintenance operations • Assist with developing, testing, and implementing methodologies and techniques to improve company performance • Establish data visibility and support initiatives for Fleet Maintenance operations • Maintain documentation regarding processes, projects, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding and experience in supply chain, fleet, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain principles • Strong data-driven root-cause analysis skills • Ability to identify data gaps and derive insights • Foundational change management and project management skills • Ability to articulate data interpretations to a wide audience • Self-starter able to meet deadlines, suggest alternatives, and drive change • Willingness to learn and analyze performance of complex, high-volume fleet operations • Strong time management skills for competing priorities and ambiguous situations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred • 2 years of relevant experience • Exposure to highly functioning fleet maintenance operations • Strong analysis and KPI orientation • Change management experience • Ability to conduct basic financial analysis • Strong experience with SQL and other data analysis tools • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
