📋 Description

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve trading processes and efficiency • Process client model change requests by generating across-the-board (ATB) block trade orders and performing controls to mitigate risk • Process maintenance requests, including new accounts, cash flows, terminations, and tax harvests, by rebalancing accounts and routing resulting trade orders for execution • Communicate client model changes to Model Only/UMA sponsors according to ATB trade order rotation and client SLAs • Perform Trading Services for clients to assist connectivity between Vestmark and sponsors • Manage trade orders, review execution, and reconcile trades generated by portfolio management teams across Vestmark and enterprise client platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 1-3+ years of experience in the Separately Managed Account (SMA), Unified Managed Account (UMA) or wealth management industry • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Self-motivated • Good work ethics • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Working knowledge of the Vestmark, CG Trade Connect, InvestCloud (formerly Fiserv APL), Fiserv MMS, or Envestnet Manager Portal (EMP) preferred • Knowledge of tax overlay and direct indexing preferred
