📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from early concept through final implementation • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and solve the right problems • Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation matching design intent • Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes • Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops • Evolve and maintain the design system for a cohesive platform experience • Shape Vetcove’s product and design culture as the company scales • Design tools that help veterinary clinics manage practices, including inventory management and pharmacy workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications • Experience shipping complex B2B or SaaS products • Systems and pattern thinking • Strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy • Ability to move between user experience, interaction, and visual design • Strong product design portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Vetcove is unable to sponsor work visas • Successful completion of a background check • Four-year degree application question and college attendance information are required in the application form
